On Monday, December 22, 2025, Rekh Raj Pareek visited Apni Pathshala’s Nala Sopara office expecting a brief interaction with the POD Operations team and a short meeting with the leadership. Instead, he found himself engaged in thoughtful, high-energy conversations with Sagar, CEO of Apni Pathshala, and Shailendra, Head of POD Operations.
Discussions around Apni Pathshala’s mission, long-term vision, and on-ground progress were so engaging that Rekh Raj decided to stay nearby and return the next day for deeper engagement. The clarity of purpose, transparency in operations, and passion for digital education left a lasting impression, transforming a simple meeting into an immersive learning experience.

One of the most striking observations Rekh Raj Pareek shared was the mindset of Apni Pathshala’s young team. Rekh Raj shared a few simple frameworks for structuring workstreams and prioritizing efforts, while appreciating how open the team was to feedback and learning.
