Founder
Dr. Aniruddha Malpani founded Apni Pathshala with a vision to make digital learning accessible to every child. He focuses on combining technology, community participation and practical education to help students build skills, confidence and better opportunities for the future.
Aniket Kadam
Chief of Staff (COS)
Aniket is responsible for supporting strategic planning, organizational operations, cross-functional coordination, and execution of key initiatives at Apni Pathshala. With a strong background in digital education and program management, he is committed to creating scalable solutions that help transform learning experiences for students.
Tech Team
The Apni Pathshala Tech Team builds and manages the digital systems that support student learning, POD operations and organisational growth. The team focuses on developing reliable software, improving user experience, solving technical issues and connecting AP’s platforms into one smooth ecosystem.

Marketing Team
The Marketing Team builds awareness of Apni Pathshala through branding, campaigns, partnerships and outreach. It connects AP with communities, organisations and potential partners while supporting the growth of POD applications and other initiatives.

POD Team
The POD Team manages and supports Apni Pathshala’s network of learning centres. It coordinates POD onboarding, daily operations, reporting and performance while guiding local teams to provide consistent learning experiences for students.
