Core Evaluation Areas #
1. Setup Completion #
- All POD equipment (PCs, internet connection, learning space, and banner) must be ready within 1 week of starting incubation.
- The space should be clean, safe, and organised for students.
- All computers must be functional.
2. Update Regularity #
- You must send at least 4 weekly updates each month.
- Each update should include 6 questions answered clearly.
- Video submissions: At least 8 videos per month (2 each week: 1 student learning + 1 content guide).
3. Content Quality #
- Videos must:
- Show clear teaching methods.
- Include active student interaction.
- Be relevant to the lesson or topic taught.
- Have clear audio and steady camera work.
- Avoid:
- Blurry visuals.
- Background noise.
- Repeated use of the same student in videos.
4. Teacher Involvement #
- Teachers should be active, consistent, and communicative.
- They must be present in videos, guiding and supporting students.
- Teachers should respond to the coordinator’s feedback and instructions quickly.
5. Student Engagement #
- Show a variety of students in your videos over time.
- Students should be participating actively (speaking, demonstrating, or doing activities).
- Ensure lessons are interactive and keep learners motivated.
6. Responsiveness #
- Reply to coordinator calls and messages promptly (ideally within the same day).
- Submit all updates and reports on time.
- Show willingness to make changes or improvements when given feedback.
