Keeping Templates Updated #
- Always use the latest version of a template (you can always get the updated template from your coordinator).
- If you notice missing or outdated fields, inform your coordinator.
- Do not make permanent changes to the shared master file; instead, use your own copy if needed.
Best Practices for Using Tools & Templates #
- Save a personal copy of submitted reports for your own records.
- Check submission deadlines regularly.
- Maintain good internet connectivity before filling out and submitting forms.
- Fill reports in one sitting to avoid missing data.
