What You Must Do Every Month #
1. Submit Monthly Report and Student Data #
- Deadline: 28th of each month.
- Reminder: You will get a reminder on the 25th. Submit before the deadline to avoid follow-ups.
- What to include:
- Number of students taught
- Summary of classes conducted
- Attendance and participation details
- Any events, activities, or special learning moments
- Student data:
- Names, ages, and attendance records
- Accuracy is an important check before sending
2. Review and Correct Data #
- After collecting your report and student data, review everything for mistakes.
- If you spot errors, correct them before final submission.
- Make sure your weekly updates and monthly report match.
3. Participate in Performance Evaluation #
Every month, your POD’s performance will be reviewed based on:
- Update and Video Consistency – Did you submit all weekly updates and videos?
- Content Quality – Are your videos clear, with good teaching and active student involvement?
- Team Responsiveness – Do you respond quickly and work well with the AP team?
- Setup Status – Is your POD fully functional? (PCs working, banner placed, clean space)
- Overall Performance – Is your POD making steady progress?
4. Provide Feedback #
- Share your feedback verbally or in writing with your incubation coordinator.
- Talk about:
- Challenges you faced
- Suggestions for improvement
- Success stories from your students
- These stories may be shared with the wider AP community to inspire others.
