Empowering Dreams, One POD at a Time
At Apni Pathshala, we’re creating spaces where hope meets opportunity. Every POD we set up is a step toward a brighter, more confident, and digitally empowered India.
What is a POD?
A POD (Point of Digital Learning) is a small, tech-enabled learning centre set up within local communities, villages, urban slums, small towns, and even inside homes or tuition spaces.
Each POD is powered by ApniPathshala’s digital resources, led by a local individual (called a POD Leader), and built to support students, dropouts, homemakers, freelancers, and anyone eager to learn.

The Problem
India has the world’s largest population of young people. However, millions of them, especially in underserved areas, lack access to quality education and digital tools. Even in areas where schools exist, students often sit in classrooms without practical learning, personal guidance, or real-life skills.
The Problem We Saw:
Students drop out due to poor infrastructure, financial pressure, or lack of relevance.
Schools follow outdated methods focused on exams, not exploration.
Parents and local teachers want to help but don’t have the tools or training.
This digital divide creates a deeper learning gap, leaving behind the very children who need the most support.
What We Believe
We believe every child regardless of where they live deserves access to:
A computer and an internet connection
Personalized guidance
Practical, skill-based learning
A space to learn, explore, and grow freely
Our Solution
Apni Pathshala exists to fix this broken system from the ground up, not with more exams or big institutions, but with:
Small, community-run learning spaces (PODs)
Digital tools + real mentorship
Local empowerment over central dependency
We’re not just teaching students. We’re building a new culture of learning, one that is inclusive, digital-first, community-powered, and driven by purpose.
