Introduction
Team talks this week were very special for Apni Pathshala. We moved into our new office, and it feels like the start of a new journey. The new space provides us with more room to grow, share ideas, and collaborate. Along with this significant step, all our teams, Tech, Computer, POD, and Social Media, worked diligently and achieved important milestones. They also faced some challenges, but every challenge taught us something new.
So let’s dive into the 15-day journey of our every team:
The Tech Team
The Tech Team is the backbone of Apni Pathshala’s digital world. It is not just one team; it is made up of the Website Team and the Computer Team, working together like two strong arms of the same body. The Website Team takes care of everything online, from systems and apps to digital campaigns. The Computer Team looks after everything offline, from deliveries to fixing computers at PODs. Together, they make sure students learn without breaks, and our entire system runs smoothly whether it’s on the screen or behind the scenes.
Website Team – Achievements
- Successfully set up all the computers in our new office, ensuring no technical issues for the team while settling in.
- Tested all systems and scripts, which now allow them to make changes in multiple PCs, like updating wallpapers or promoting campaigns on POD computers with just a few clicks.
- Rolled out SafeInternet 5.1.3 in 20 PODs to make online learning safe.
- Enrolled 450+ students in SafeInternet.
Website Team – Challenges
This week, the Website Team had quite a few challenges. Coordinating with many PODs regarding student safety software at once was tough, and waiting for late replies from POD leaders slowed things down. Fixing issues in the student safety software also required extra time and effort. On top of this, a sudden incident in the new office tested their skills. Two wires and one adaptor sparked and got burnt. The team had to act fast to fix the mess and ensure the workplace was safe again.
Computer Team – Achievements
- Most important PC shipments were delivered on time.
- Maximum complaints were solved, usually within a week.
- Repossessions were completed smoothly after, unfortunately, we discontinued the partnership with one of our PODs.
Computer Team – Challenges
The Computer Team also faced its own challenges. During repossession, the POD did not cooperate with AP and SCOGO, making the process difficult. In addition, a planned quality check of computer components at IKS took longer than expected, which delayed their schedule.
POD Team
The POD Team is the soul of Apni Pathshala. They bring new PODs into the family, support leaders, and make sure every POD runs smoothly. Without them, Apni Pthshala is just like an artist without art.
Achievements
- Hired two new people, Latish and Madhur, to make the team stronger.
- Received 10 new POD applications in just two days.
- Ashayen and SVB’s UMT High School, two new PODs, became part of our family.
Challenges
The POD Team’s main challenge was convincing PODs to participate in campaigns and follow the given rules. Many students were hesitant at first, and it took extra effort from the team to encourage them to join in.
Social Media and Marketing Team
The Social Media Team is the storyteller of Apni Pathshala. They share inspiring videos, blogs, and posts that reach thousands of people. Their work makes students’ voices heard and success stories shine.
Achievements
- Our Teacher’s Day reel went viral and reached a large audience.
- 258+ students joined our campaign, including children with disabilities.
- Gained 350+ new followers in just 15 days.
- A touching moment: A student from USR POD, who is non-verbal, created a special video for #ChaloSeekhe.
- Got a positive response to our student safety and success story blog.
Challenges
The Social Media Team struggled in two areas. First, tracking campaign results was difficult because many student accounts were private, which made it hard to measure real engagement. Second, participation was very low in the beginning, and the team had to work harder to build momentum and get more students involved.
Conclusion
This week showed us what true teamwork looks like. From handling sparks and burnt wires in the new office to rolling out safe software, delivering computers, adding new PODs, and creating stories that went viral, every team faced challenges but came out stronger.
Moving into our new office was the biggest highlight, but what really makes it special is the spirit of the people working inside it. Our Tech Team, Computer Team, POD Team, and Social Media Team are the real heroes solving problems, chasing dreams, and proving that no obstacle is too big when the mission is clear.
Together, they are not just running Apni Pathshala; they are building a future where every student can learn with confidence, safety, and hope. And this is only the beginning.

Keep up the amazing work!
As part of the POD Department, I appreciate the teamwork highlighted in Episode 2—shifting to the new office while keeping learning smooth across PODs. We will continue driving timely reports, AP-branded content with student feedback, and strong campaign participation so every POD’s progress is visible and celebrated.
