Winning Through Determination

Jitendra Singh Patwal comes from a poor family where his father, Mr. Pushkar Singh Patwal, works as a farmer and his mother, Mrs. Meena Devi, is a homemaker. Despite having an intellectual disability, he has achieved remarkable success in sports. In 2019, he won a gold medal at the International Special Olympics Games held in Abu Dhabi, bringing pride to India and Uttarakhand. In August 2024, he once again won a gold medal at the National Bocce Championship in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Along with his achievements in sports, he has also learned basic computer skills, including basic computer operations and using Canva for simple digital designs.
