Akhila Sivakumar, 26, comes from a humble BPL (Below Poverty Line) family. After completing her 12th grade and DMLT, she worked as a lab technician but had to take a break due to family responsibilities. Later, she worked as a salesgirl, where she realized the importance of strong technical and computer skills. In July 2025, she joined the ATMA Foundation’s MS Office course and successfully completed it in February 2026. Through this training, she improved her digital skills and rebuilt her confidence. Today, Akhila feels more prepared and confident to pursue better job opportunities and build a stable future.
