Team Lead – Multiple Departments
Location: Remote / Hybrid

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee multiple departments within Apni Pathshala. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining quality across digital learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage department heads and ensure project delivery.
Monitor performance metrics and optimise processes.
Collaborate with leadership to align operations with mission goals.
Maintain transparent communication across teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership or project management.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital education or NGO operations preferred.
Salary: As per experience and organisation norms.
POD Admins (4 Positions)
Location: Remote / On-site (based on POD)
Type: Full-Time / Contract

Overview:
POD Admins manage the daily operations of Apni Pathshala Digital Learning PODs. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication with local coordinators, and reporting weekly performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily functioning of assigned PODs.
Support POD leaders with digital learning resources and data collection.
Ensure timely weekly reports and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong coordination and reporting skills.
Basic computer literacy (Google Sheets, Drive, etc.).
Salary: As per organisation norms.
Team Lead – NIOS Project (2 Positions)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Openings: 2
Overview:
Lead the Apni Pathshala–NIOS collaboration project. Coordinate academic delivery, ensure curriculum alignment, and monitor the learning progress of enrolled students across PODs.
Responsibilities:
Supervise NIOS program execution across states.
Maintain coordination with POD leaders and mentors.
Track student academic progress and reporting.
Qualifications:
Experience in education project management or coordination.
An understanding of the NIOS structure is preferred.
Excellent communication and data management skills.
Salary: Based on experience.
Team Lead – Eklavya Team (2 Positions)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Openings: 2
Overview:
The Eklavya Team Lead will drive Apni Pathshala’s AI-integrated learning programs and manage the mentor network, ensuring smooth academic flow across PODs.
Responsibilities:
Guide the Eklavya mentors and ensure student engagement.
Plan and monitor weekly academic sessions.
Collaborate with the content and AI integration teams.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of leadership experience in education or edtech.
Strong understanding of AI-based learning tools.
Excellent organisational and reporting skills.

In the Social Media Team, you will create and share content that tells the story of Apni Pathshala’s impact. Your role involves managing social platforms, highlighting POD activities, engaging with the community, and spreading awareness about education and digital learning initiatives.
As a member of the POD Team, you will work closely with local digital learning centres. Your role includes supporting POD leaders and teachers, helping improve daily operations, guiding learning activities, and strengthening community-led education on the ground.
